"Today, I am going to ........"

Think positive, be realistic and aim to do at least two things you need to do but have been putting off ... whether it's to: 

  • complete something you've already started,
  • put together an action plan,
  • choose and decide a colour scheme for a room,
  • contact a friend or relative,
  • clean the oven, or simply
  • make an appointment to visit the doctor. 

You need to choose something that's important or relevant to you.  Picture of cherriesYou will feel a sense of purpose and by the end of the day, when you've completed what you set out to do, you will feel a sense of achievement ... which is great for our wellbeing!
