Wellbeing Tip of the Day
When you first wake up in the morning and visit the bathroom, decide what you will achieve for the day by saying to yourself ...
"Today, I am going to ........"
Think positive, be realistic and aim to do at least two things you need to do but have been putting off ... whether it's to:
- complete something you've already started,
- put together an action plan,
- choose and decide a colour scheme for a room,
- contact a friend or relative,
- clean the oven, or simply
- make an appointment to visit the doctor.
You need to choose something that's important or relevant to you. You will feel a sense of purpose and by the end of the day, when you've completed what you set out to do, you will feel a sense of achievement ... which is great for our wellbeing! |
