Research and Consultancy Services
Wellbeing Regeneration prides itself on its track record of successfully joint-working with our large network of specialist, generalist and academic associates to offer an unmatchable spread of skills and expertise in the broad fields of health and wellbeing to commissioning bodies. We are particular experts in community consultation, researching and identifying gaps in provision and gathering evidence of need. Research commissions carried out in the last year includes:
- As lead body/researcher and in partnership with Age Concern Sir Gar, conducting service-user surveys and the mapping of all luncheon clubs (independent and local authority managed) in Carmarthenshire on behalf of Carmarthenshire County Council;
- As lead body/researcher and in partnership with Age Concern Sir Gar undertaking a detailed, community-based review and mapping exercise of local services supporting older people to access food across Carmarthenshire on behalf of Carmarthenshire Local Health Board, Carmarthenshire Local Public Health Team and Carmarthenshire County Council;
- Undertaking a comprehensive mapping of retail outlets and business services available in Glanymor & Tyisha, obtaining their support and authorisation and compiling, publishing and distributing a local business directory to each household in the locality on behalf of the area's Communities First Partnership.
