Wellbeing Regeneration has recently secured funding to set up rural wellbeing centres and we therefore have the following staff vacancies:
Vacancy: Activities Officer
Location: Whitland and Llandovery
Hours: Part-time -18 hours per week (Between
9 am and 8.30 pm - some Saturday
working may be required)
Contract Type: Fixed term – five months initially
Salary: £18,500 pro rata
Closing Date: 21 July 2010

Job Role: To provide a range of fun, sociable
activities to benefit health and wellbeing
and co-ordinate partner information
events in line with company policy
and local need.
Additional As the organisation works with

to undertake an Enhanced Criminal
Records Bureau disclosure.
All posts are subject to confirmation of
funding on a six-monthly review basis.

Carmarthenshire with outreach venues
throughout the county and for certain
programmes in other parts of the
region. Staff may be expected to work
in different venues to their usual place
of work.

cutting service in line with company
policy and Hywel Dda Health Board
Podiatry Department guidelines.
(2) To provide therapeutic activities
joint-working with partner
therapists where required to meet
