About Wellbeing Regeneration

Wellbeing Regeneration (WRL) is a dynamic social enterprise (a ‘not for profit’ organisation) based in Wales, offering a broad range of quality services, activities, training and expertise.  Our professional support is available to a range of customers – other service providers, partner agencies, individuals and communities. WRL's expertise is focussed in two ways:

• We support businesses and other service providers to improve their systems, processes, staff effectiveness and delivery, and
• We help people to embrace, enrich and enjoy their lives by ensuring they have fun and make friends whilst providing effective programmes and opportunities to help empower them and prevent and address physical and emotional ill-health issues. 

Wellbeing Regeneration's mission is to ‘make people smile’ by (a) enabling significant business improvements and helping to motivate staff to feel empowered and fulfilled in their work, and (b) creating happiness and wellness for individuals and communities. 

WRL’s approach is ‘holistic’ and by closely joint-working with other providers we enable people to access a range of different services within our programmes to improve their wellbeing.  We are a team of highly experienced, skilled and caring professionals with an excellent reputation for using our heart, brains, expertise and dedication to achieve success. 

WRL’s directors are visionary, creative and responsive in determining programmes and together with our staff, volunteers and carefully selected associates, facilitators, therapists and trainers share positive attitudes, fundamental values and passion to ‘make a difference’.  We are proud of our integrity and courage and confidently act as ‘agents for change’.
