Activities and Clubs
Wellbeing Regeneration's activities and clubs are affordable, fun, supportive and a great way to often get fitter, learn new things and make friends.
We provide/can organise a wide range of activities and our programmes cover:
- Social events, such as coffee mornings, quizzes, luncheon/supper clubs, entertainment and board games;
- Exercise activities, such as dancing, tai chi, keep fit, walks, gentle/chair exercise;

- Food/healthy eating sessions, such as luncheon/supper clubs (eg our 'pub grub club'), cookery classes/demonstrations; curry and fish 'n' chips nights
- Learning opportunities, such as our 'Click 'n' Mix' - our 'drop in' social computer club, digital photography classes, volunteering and placement opportunities and a whole range of training courses;
- Creative activities, such as 'knit 'n' natter', creative writing, general arts and crafts sessions including flower arranging, card making, salt dough, jewellery making, wood craft and painting.
