Activities and Clubs

Picture of a mum and daughter at our St David's Day coffee morningWellbeing Regeneration's activities and clubs are affordable, fun, supportive and a great way to often get fitter, learn new things and make friends.

We provide/can organise a wide range of activities and our programmes cover:

  • Social events, such as coffee mornings, quizzes, luncheon/supper clubs, entertainment and board games;
  • Exercise activities, such as dancing, tai chi, keep fit, walks, gentle/chair exercise;Picture of 80s theme karaoke night
  • Food/healthy eating sessions, such as luncheon/supper clubs (eg our 'pub grub club'), cookery classes/demonstrations; curry and fish 'n' chips nights
  • Learning opportunities, such as our 'Click 'n' Mix' - our 'drop in' social computer club, digital photography classes, volunteering and placement opportunities and a whole range of training courses;
  • Creative activities, such as 'knit 'n' natter', creative writing, general arts and crafts sessions including flower arranging, card making, salt dough, jewellery making, wood craft and painting. Picture of 'knit 'n' natter' group
