 We are a dynamic social enterprise (a ‘not for profit’ organisation) based in Carmarthenshire, South Wales.
Wellbeing Regeneration offers a range of programmes and expertise to communities, other service providers and individuals to help people to enjoy and make the best of their lives. Activities are inclusive and accessible; in all our work we aim to create fun, laughter, friendships and inspiration. We focus our services and programmes on prevention of ill health, emotional and physical health and wellbeing, friendship, self-care, community support and development, clear communication, learning, empowering citizens' voice, equality and diversity.
