Welcome to Wellbeing Regeneration Limited (WRL)
 We are a dynamic social enterprise (a ‘not for profit’ organisation) based in Carmarthenshire, South West Wales.
Wellbeing Regeneration helps people embrace, enrich and enjoy their lives and provides bespoke support to businesses to improve efficiency and effectiveness and the wellbeing of staff.
In communities, the organisation joint-works with specialist partners and associates to create improvements in physical and emotional health and wellbeing. WRL delivers activities and services with diverse expertise through innovative, high quality programmes to groups, individuals and other service providers to improve quality of life.
In businesses, WRL improves 'wellbeing in the workplace' by providing treatments and therapies, specialist training, evaluation and a variety of specialist consultancy services to create happier and empowered employees and efficient, cost effective and quality working practices.
Our services are of exceptionally high quality and provided by experts in their field. Activities for communities and individuals are inclusive and accessible. In all our work we aim to make a difference and create fun, friendships and inspiration.
We focus our services and programmes on prevention of ill health, improving emotional and physical health and wellbeing, creating friendship and community support, stimulating self-care and business and community development. NEW BLOOD TEST SERVICE
In April 2011, in partnership with the Hywel Dda Health Board's Phlebotomy Department at Prince Philip Hospital and Fairfield GP Surgery, Wellbeing Regeneration piloted a new appointment-only outreach blood test service. This was in line with the Health Board's five year plan to enable more low level health services to be available in the community and the scheme also aimed to help alleviate some of the growing pressures on the hospital's facilities.
The pilot proved an outstanding success and the decision was made to continue the provision. In November, Ty Elli GP Practice (Vauxhall and Machynys) joined the scheme Due to resource constraints, the service which is provided by the hospital phlebotomy team, is currently only available for patients registered with these two GP practices. January 2012 will see further development of the service into the town centre and in addition to Wellbeing Regeneration, Asda will also host the phlebotomy team.
